The item I chose, the sales person said it was one price. But when she scanned the item it came up at a lesser price. Instead of granting me that price, the sales associate, went to another book to locate the item and charged me a higher price. I should've been given the price originally scanned.

The sales associate was not helpful when deciding on rings to buy. The sales associate did seem interested in helping me nor interested in us looking for more jewelry to buy.

The store was fairly empty but I wasn't treated as if I was going to purchase items as I would pick items and go to other displays to see other items and they would put everything back. Not sure what that was about. Also for spending 700 dollars I didn't feel excited or treated like it mattered. I was better off purchasing online, the delivery of my bracelet would've been more exciting.

I went to purchase an item during the spend $150 you get a free bracelet. When I made my purchase of over $200.00, I was told I could not get the free bracelet I was hoping for instead a bracelet that was advertised which I did not want. I left without the free bracelet because my intention was to get the Harry Potter bangle.

I felt rushed during my visit. When I asked to see a selection I was shown one option instead of the whole tray. It felt like I wasn’t being heard.
