The sales person was rushing me out the store because the line was long. Did not welcome me to really look for the items I wanted

The teller was not focused. Wasn't full paying attention to me and what I was asking for. Kind of as if she was zoned out. Had to keep repeating myself because she was paying attention to another customer that was being helped.

Online it said the item was at this location and when I got there the item was out of stock

Because when I walked into the store and started looking at the earrings and while I was waiting for someone to help me and then there was another costumer who walked in about 5 seconds after me and the two of the sales associate were available and asked the other costumer if they needed help instead of asking me first since I was there first and I had to wait for the other sales associates because she was already with a customer when I walked in. I was very unhappy it seems to me the other two sales associate was racist in a way felt I felt welcomed very not satisfied !

At this time of the year i expect pandora to be running a Christmas sale to help their customers save money as they buy their love ones Christmas presents or holiday gifts. I believe when there’s a sale people buy more as they save.

When you make an exchange the sales tax that you paid on original purchase is not listed on the exchange receipt so when I questioned this the response was made in a very annoyed and arrogant tone. I think she was the manager. Sales person could not explain it.

Upon entering I was greeted and as I was about to respond another associate asked the associate that was helping me a guest to help staff bring an iPad. Which she already had because she didn’t think I was purchasing anything. The associate that was helping showed limited selection and lacked knowledge of products.

1) I told the salesperson I wanted to put this item on AFTERPAY.. 2) When I reach home I look at my receipt and found out my card was debit for the whole amount. 3) Before when I bought my charms on line and the saleperson told me to do it in store so I did and they mess up my order.... The associates never asked if I needed help. They stood around talking behind a counter. They assisted everyone who entered after me. Then my associate was very rude when she finally did assist me. Very cold, not really caring. I was speaking about a few items she never showed me anything only came over from behind the counter when I was waiting by one thing. That’s after taking the two people who came in after me. There was only 3 associates and I was the only person until the other two people had come in. For me to not even be asked if I knew what I was looking for, or if I needed any help and to be completely ignored was horrible service. Then the service I did receive just really tied the whole experience together into one where I wouldn’t spend My money in the store again.

I visited the Pandora of Atlántic for the first time yesterday and the truth is that when I entered it was the only customer they didn't greet. After I looked at the merchandise and chose it, I personally had to ask to be taken care of because no one spoke to me. I bought it because it was a gift for my sister-in-law who loves Pandora. Otherwise, I would have left the store without buying. Thank you for allowing us to comment on the experience
