I came into this location as it is more accessible than my normal location that I absolutely love at World trade Center. As I walked in there was no other customers in store but everyone was busy I believe restocking items I walked around for a bit looking at displays to see the new offerings. Many of the counters were covered with bags or trays as they restocked. I asked about the 3 charm and bracelet promotion to get clarity. I continued to look and than came back to it and asked if there was a particular charm in stock and was said no and the associate continued working on restocking. I asked could I see the tray that had the promotion as the I couldn't see well through the glass as there was a glare and I have a astigmatism. I was told they are not allowed and I could use the website or the book. I as truly put off as I don't experience this at WTC but because I needed to make the purchase and couldn't go to another location I just kept asking to pull different charms one by one and everything was placed back. I asked is there a way to put the charms I might be interested on a tray so I can weigh options and was told not unless I was interested. I quickly picked and left.

I ordered the items online for pick up. The order is halfway canceled. The associate was great. However my discount was not honored even after I place it on order at another store. Additionally I was never asked if I wanted the order sent directly to me.

I was informed that I needed to come back in 48 hrs in order to exchange the size of the bracelets or cancel the order pickup since repurchase the items. I don’t mind repurchasing the item because who wants to travel back and forth. HOWEVER, what they didn’t tell me was I was going to end up paying $40 extra than online. The sales rep actually tying me I basically did an exchange and was paying the same amount. It wasn’t until I got home sing viewed everything and realized it was more. Then I called and the same rep told me I must’ve gotten a discount online. Why not honor that if you know I did a pickup??? Unhappy.

The sales associate raised the price of my bracelet & never gave me my third charm. I didn’t notice until I got home from the store. I am extremely vexed over this.

Purchased the initial ballon bracelet and charm for my daughters birthday and the chasm is damaged. Was told the warranty expired since I purchased in 2020. This was the begging d her collection and so I was very disappointed, as every time I visit the store I always leave with a new purchase.

I wasn't satisfied because the ring I wanted to try on and possibly purchase wasn't in stock. I had hoped to try on your new diamond ring silver size 9 0.50 ct. This is my favorite Pandora location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

At first the sales woman was very friendly but as I took my time to decide on the right charms and then upgraded my purchase to a more expensive bracelet and tried to match charms she became impatient, as there were more customers waiting. I spent quite a lot of money $474 and even if I took time to make sure I’m satisfied, (which I am!!!) i don’t like to be treated with impatience! Its their job!! She wasn’t outright rude, but she did start commenting that there were other customers and asking if that was it…. I love pandora!! I have a lot of pandora jewelry, but it was a bit frustrating

I did get the chance to find my pandora credit card so the sale sale associated told me that this I should be prepared way a head

The sales rep didn’t really care to give an experience nor did she try to upsell when customer was willing and no knowledge of online service and orders

While I love Pandora, I was dissatisfied during this visit because I was not able to get my bracelets cleaned as I always do approximately every six months. Reason given is the machine was inoperable and no date provided when it would be fixed, which I thought was unacceptable. I spend a lot of money it’s Pandora and the only solution was to buy the solution to do it myself.
