Sales person did not no merchandise was very slow and acted unsure of what she was doing where items were in store!! Two of my items were not in store even the I went on line to see if this location had the items,Which they didnt!! She had no idea if and when they would have the items!! My next visit will be in a different location always short of items at this site!!

The person was not pleasant. He didn't want to look for some items. He made my mother and I very unsatisfied and it was an unpleasant visit. I was looking for rings that looked like an engagement ring and a wedding ring for my 80 years old mother who had lost her original rings. In Nov. 19 on this year is her 55 years anniversary and she was excited until we came to the store to look for 5 rings that I have listed in a sheet. I have also purchase an 2 items for me but all in all it was torturing being there and my mother was not having fun and the smile and excitement was gone with this young man's service. Must teach employees customer service etiquette. We purchased items in a rush in a unpleasant environment and its possible that my mother left undecisive because of the over all attitude and rushed feeling from the employee... Ugh. Not going to that store again and must look elsewhere for a good store.

Sales agent was chatting and very distracted and gave no updates on the reason for my wait until prompted.

Have been trying to make a purchase since March and after many attempts with customer service assistance I still was unable to complete my purchases. I don’t know what the problem is but after using 8 different credit cards I was still unable to complete my online purchase. I love the products but I am not always able to go to the location.

The young lady that help me was Jordayne she was very unprofessional and it seemed like she didn't want to be there.I had her help me with my charm bracelets I had 2 and I was buying another charm and she act like I was bothering her.Her attitude was not professional and I have been to serval Pandora's and never got this type of treatment.

The sale associate was rude. And the store manger was packed to leave she saw there was a line. She stood to the side on her phone. She was also aware that I was having an issue and she did or said nothing. She just stayed with her head in her phone.

The associate was too busy laughing with the other two associates. She just asked me what I needed 2 when the store manager told her what I was shopping for before I went in. She didn’t ask me any other questions, didn’t engage, try to up sell. I was interested in the holiday 2020 charm and honestly if she asked me about it I would’ve bought it. But she just laughed along and wasn’t interested in my sale...

I waited on line for over a hour and then my sales associate was taking so long to clean my bracelet and took another call while im standing there still waiting. I had to tell her I have to go.

Since this store is located in Atlantic Terminal it’s a nuisance to get to. You have to go stand by a gate in the mall and call and wait for someone to bring items to you. Either let customers use the entrance near Sephora/Guitar Center and let them know that they cannot access the rest of the mall or close the store. I can assure you customers don’t need the extra hassle
