As an Australian customer I’m used to high quality customer service that includes a greeting. The customer service girl looked me in the eye as I walked in, turned around and walked away. Then another customer service lady spoke to me from the counter instead of coming over “can I help you with something?”. The customer service here is shocking compared to Australia

There were not enough sales associates in the store, especially during a promotional sale. When I arrived there were only 2 associates and I waited approximately 20- 30mins to be assisted. The associates really aren't the friendliest either.

The store is very small and the area where you get assisted is too close to the entrance, which makes you feel like your barely in the store. The store did not feel clean there was trash on the floor behind the display cases where your being helped. There was not a big selections and the charm I brought did not fit the bracelet my niece have. I was never told there was a difference in size of the charm I purchased and the regular basis.

I walked into the store & reps were discussing lunch orders. I waited about 3mins then asked if there was a wait list for customers. One rep ended her convo to help me while 2 other customers were waiting. I asked about a specific charm by name and she first said she "didn't have it" then she told me to "show it to her in the book". When she realized it was the same name I'd given, she went to search for it. For each charm I showed her in the book, she took about 5-7mins to ask someone where it was and then have a side convo. It didn't feel like a welcoming experience at all. I remained in the store & completed my purchase as I didn't have enough time to travel to another location. I won't be returning to this location as this isn't the first time I've had such an experience. I thought giving them another chance who help but my rep proved me wrong.

very hard to choose when they only give you very few at a time. Other jewelry stores let you choose from the tray, try on which color you like.. it's easier to shop. Here we were given one ring at a time.... we couldn't try on colors normally. I guess it's the policy of pandora to only allow very little out of the box. Perhaps you are afraid of thefts.... but very inconvenient to shop. I guess other stores have double doors. I won't shop in store again. Very inconvenient. Also, on-line I saw that promotion for set for $99.00.

I wrote a whole thing it does not fit here. Extremely dissatisfied with my last experience. So much so I think I'm done purchasing Pandora p e r i o d. 1200 Letters does not begin to describe my experience last day.

Bracket was purchased in November for 16 th birthday in February. When I gave it to her , found out it was too tight. Tried to return to NY store for larger size but was told no. Now I am stuck with a bracelet my granddaughter will never use.

When I asked Questions about my purchase I was Ignored and was told to stand to the side and wait. It was 6 to 7 employees and only three customers. I feel that they were unprofessional with how they handle the customers

My ex girlfriend took one of her charm back to get it exchange because it was broken. I had purchase it for her while we were together but we are no longer together but remain friends. Upon her arrival at the store, she explained the problem and gave them my account information so that they may pull up the order. What I am upset about is the fact that they allowed her to see all my orders that I've place with/at Pandora. She then begun to question me about a previous order I had made back in November of last year. I quickly shut that down but the fact that the sales person would just allow someone to see my whole history is very alarming. I thought my information was private and only accessible to me and a friend or family member who is exchanging something that I've bought them from Pandora. I tried to call the store but was greeted with a message to try my call at a later time.
