I had to return a bracelet that I was sent from corporate after the bracelet was discontinued, the store manager Tasha was cold and abrupt to the sale girl who I could tell was new and a bit confused about processing the return. The manager should be patient especially when dealing with a customer.

I was highly satisfied with my visit at the Flatbush Avenue Pandora Store. My sales associate, Shaquana was exceptional and knowledgeable. She knew what I liked and showed me various types of charms which I purchased.

The associate did not know price of the item and just told me told me to look through this old broken up book they had. Seemed annoyed to be helping me , not much interaction at all.

I selected a charm set that had 3 pieces to it priced at $175 in a glass window. After the sales associate was finished with the order it was significantly more. When I spoke to her about the difference in price she said "someone changed the merchandise and not the price. I was super annoyed but at this I really liked and wanted the set. She didn't apologize or even speak to the sales leader who was there hovering. The attitude was "thats the price do you want." I left the store upset and returned in half an hour and the misleading price was still there. I took a picture of it because at this point its not a mistake you are purposely misleading customers.

The sales associate was rude. She wasn’t friendly. She had a attitude. When I asked to look at the same ring in a different color and size she was upset. I would not go back to that pandora nor would I recommend anyone to do so.

I was furlough and my daughter bought me a bangle it was too big I did not take it back on time but it was never worn in box and bag same way as it was given to me I wanted a smaller size but she told me I would have to pay 60 extra dollars for the same bracelet never worn and I think that was not right and I still made a purchase so yes im very dissatisfied

rebecca voiced her religious beliefs which was very offensive and I was appalled by such behavior which has nothing to do with her job .her customer service skills are horrible she needs DISNEY training!!!!.

The problem was with an earring I bought I pair of them and one of them was bend and I try to make it look right with my fingers even though it doesn’t look straight. I don’t know how a get a bad product if a pay what I have to pay
