When I arrive to the store I noticed that only black people were inside the store either buying or just standing there,because I’m white the employee made me wait outside and she didn’t allow me inside the store to look more merchandise when I told her and she finished my transaction outside while the other people cuz they are black still inside the store meaning that because I’m not black I can’t go inside the store this is really not fair and I would never ever comeback to this location and I hope they close this location bad experience ever ever ever

I had to return a ring TWICE because the stones keeps falling out of the ring. I went to one pandora location to exchange, they didn’t even try to look me up in the system to help me they said I would have to go where I exchanged the ring. I went to the location where I exchanged the ring. I didn’t have my receipt and they couldnt find my receipt in their systems so I was charged for exchange my ring

Promotion $175 bracelet with 3 charms went to the store 2/11 assisted by Kimberly C # 194911 returned 2/12 assisted by Ixchel G #187252 asked to refund so I can get the promotion was quickly denied saying since I never brought it the first time I couldn’t participate which confused seeing as I was asking for a refund asked to speak to a manager and was not provided that option either I was only offered the option to exchange we kept asking why we couldn’t get a refund and participate in the current promotion but was never given an answer my partner was so distraught started crying due to frustration she no longer wanted the bracelet because what was suppose to be a good memory turned into a nightmare

I was exchanging an online order due to charm size so I asked a clerk which would fit my bracelet. She answered any on display. When the guy took care of me I picked something. I showed him my bracelet, when I got home it was not the size! I returned later to change with other nice staff.

I asked for a specific bracelet which is around $65 and the sales associate lied and sold me a bracelet that was $162 instead

I purshased a charm with my best friend while we were on vacation in New York we got matching suitcase charms. The worker cleaned our bracelets and put them on for us. By the time we got home the charm was gone so I’m assuming the worker did not put close the bracelet correctly. I’m very upset
