I was able to exchange my purchase with no hassle and the same associate was knowledgeable.

Thus was my second visit to this store this week. I forgot to purchase a gift during the sale last week. The sales person/manager, remembered me from my previous visit and assisted me with a smile, Knowledge and great conversation. I am a huge fan of pandora and she showed me how to start a bracelet that she was wearing herself. I admire that the staff where pandora, it give us patrons new ideas.

They have great costumer service and are very friendly. The employee makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel comfortable with your shopping experience. They help you a lot and give you the best advice to help you choosing the best choice for you.

When I arrived to the store I already knew what I wanted to buy. This really friendly guy came to offer help and I told him that I was interested in one particular Disney Charm and he showed me what he had available. He was fast and overall friendly.

I came in and a lady immediately helped me. She even showed me exactly what I was looking for and I didn’t show her I just said I wanted something pretty and pink and I mentioned it was my birthday. I got compliments on my charms!!
