The store at Atlantic Mall is always wonderful on the other the store at Kings Plaza other in Brooklyn NY is terrible it’s all about the sales associates

I went there to purchase a "16" charm for my niece's birthday. The salesperson Bria F. In Atlantic Terminal was so great with helping. She said she had something better and help me engrave a special charm instead. My niece absolutely LOVED it!!! Bria explained everything and I will definitely be getting more engraved Pandora pieces.
