The first day that I went to the store to buy a birthday gift was not as productive as the second time. The first time the store was more crowded. I had to wait to be serviced and I felt somewhat rushed, so I left the store. The second time that I returned was a few days later & my experience was much more positive. The store was less crowded, the sales leader helped me this time & I had a much better shopping experience. The sales leader was very personable & he provided a positive shopping experience.
