I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate was nice enough to pull the item I wanted from the showcase window and sell it to me. That's what I call satisfying a customer with customer service. I walked out of the Pandora store with a smile on my face and a smile in my heart. My Pandora experience was highly satisfied and excellent customer service.

This Pandora store in Atlantic Terminal, the Staffs are kind and friendly, they don't make you feel like you are bothering them. We alway have a great experience at this location. Even my 9 year old Granddaughter love the staff at this location. Unlike our experience for the first at the King Plaza location, the very first person we encountered was rude a real turn off. But will continue with the store at Atlantic Terminal

In most stores, associates ignore you, here, you are greeted, upon entering the store. This, to me signals a great experience, and it was exceptional.

The salesperson was very nice. She saw to my needs and helped me pick out some great charms She was also very patient and you could tell she wanted to be there

The sales person was very helpful,polite,treated me with up most respect.Took care of me needs very quickly
