I called prior to check if they had the seashell ring in stock. The rep was very helpful over the phone. When I arrived to the store & mentioned I was there for the ring, she remembered me from the phone call. I was guided to Salesperson Kester S who was beyond great and very nice. It was one of the nicest Pandora experiences in a very long time.

Everytime I come into that Pandora for a specific charm they know off the back if it’s available or not. They still check to be sure tho and they give great recommendations for items.
