I was highly satisfied with my visit yesterday with the salesperson by Graciela G # 191822 However I did explain to her that I recently purchased two singles that I am unhappy with because was one is sent to small And the other is broken lock both was bought early last year And merchandise that I thought I would have a lifetime I can’t wear them And unable to exchange them due to the return policy

The sale associate Natalie went out her way to look for a ring I really wanted but she couldn’t find it

One of the things that I loved about the store customer service was excellent the piece that I have they didn’t have any anymore she try to find another piece for me I didn’t like it but I wanna buy something else
