I did my order online. Soon as I walked in the sales lead greeted me (forgot her name). She was nice and friendly and I even bought an extra charm for my daughter.

I came during my lunch time by train. My transaction, including travel time and purchase, took place in 1 hour, hassle free. The Associate, Leilani was, plesant and very knowledgeable. She greeted me with a Happy Birthday. The Altantic Terminal site is my go to in Brooklyn. I leave very pleased everytime.
