I was very highly satisfied with my visit and purchase because the girl helping me went out her way to look for a ring i wished for that was put in a wrong place and she had found it and i asked questions about several rings and she didn’t mind looking for and putting on a side for me! Loved the service and attention she gave me and other costumers.

The environment was clean and calm. The sales person was so pleasant easy to interact with and ready and willing to help me. I enjoyed my first experience in this store. They will definitely be seeing me again. Loved it!!!

Leilani’s customer service was exceptional. I entered the store to replace a bracelet that was damage. She was patient and knowledgeable. I purchased a total of 3 charms. This was the 2nd time she provide above and beyond services. I will visit this location again because of Leilani.
