Customer service was very efficient didn’t wait in line long and staff was very pleasant

I visited the Pandora store in the Atlantic Terminal to exchange a charm I bought online. I’m a first time Pandora bracelet owner so I went from exchanging a charm to buying three additional ones. Their display counters are small but the Sales lady Leilani listen to what i wanted and started searching for pieces for me. When I looked at my little collection when I got home I was so excited. I can’t wait to start creating my bracelet.

Even though I wasn’t allowed to use my 10% bday ode in store which I’ve worked in retail and I’m sure making an exception for someone spending 200+ Would be worth it since clearly they are a valued customer. As I was saying the customer service was amazing I was helped smoothly. I asked fir an item or similar and she was very quick and efficient.

My first experience at this particular Pandora Shop wasn't pleasant. The Customer Service rep attitude was not kind. This store is close to my home and Job which makes it convenience for me. So I took a chance again and I was very pleased with the Customer Service I received at the store.

Kassandra , the person who was helping she was so nice, so focused to help me get I want. She was very helpful. Smiling face, good tone of voice. loved it.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the workers were very friendly. They helped me out with what I was looking for. Overall it was a great experience and the quality is amazing.

From the moment I approached the store the associate was very pleasant. She greeted with a smile and "Hello, how are you?", which made me feel comfortable. She then instructed me to wait in line, so I did. When my turn came up she spent time with me until I found what I was looking for. I left very happy with my purchase. Thank you Pandora.

The wait was minimal and Leilani the sales person was very nice.
