I went to Pandora with an idea of what I wanted, but nothing concrete. The wait outside of the store was short. To make my visit easier, I was given a Pandora book. I looked for what I wanted, while I waited. When I entered, the associate was all ready to assist. I spent about 20 minutes in-store and made my purchase. I also received a FREE GIFT, so I was very happy!
