The service was fast and friendly during my visit. The salesperson had knowledge of the merchandise. The salesperson engaged in a friendly conversation making the time in store fun and welcoming.

The sales associate present was extremely tentative and kind. She offered to wash my current old bracelet and then took out every charm I was looking at on my list. She helped explain what safety chain would be best for my bracelet and boxed up my purchase beautifully.

Very friendly sales associate. No matter the questions that I asked her, she had an answer for all. There are so many selections of charms to chose from and she had no issues showing them all to me.

Diane and Trish are phenomenal. This is our second visit to this location, and both experiences have been excellent. Not only are they super friendly and pleasant to be around, they’re also very quick and knowledgeable about their craft. I will be returning to this location much more in the future.
