I was able to chat with the representative prior to coming in the store could telephone to confirm that the Boston Strong charms were in stock (I am visiting from Georgia). She was kind and extremely helpful. I ended up buying 5 charms today as well as a safety link and clip. Definitely satisfied with my visit!

This is my second time going in the store and getting help from Jason. Jason is pretty knowledgeable and super friendly. He helped me alot in my last 2 visits recently.

I came into the store to purchase a charm for a girlfriend’s birthday and Laurie helped me...she was fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable about Pandora and went out of her way to assist me...thanks to Laurie I purchased two charms for my girlfriend and am very happy! I was fortunate to have lived in Denmark and visited the Pandora factory...Laurie herself knew an immense amount about the company and I was very impressed with her... I haven’t met anyone in your stores this knowledgeable about your products! Laurie had a wonderful disposition and really clear and articulate...a great experience :)
