My experience at pandora on 6 12 21 was outstanding the employee was also respectful and the last time before that the employee are great

Our salesperson Arien and the ENTIRE team was OUTSTANDING! The level of customer service was 2nd to none. All of the ladies were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Though I live many miles away I will definitely visit this store more often!

I was greeted by the associates as soon as I walked in and they were all very friendly and helpful. They also helped me with my after pay App. I will definitely return to this location!!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because it was a really smooth and easy process; everything happened fairly quickly. I had been looking online the night before, initially for Disney charms for a friend's upcoming birthday, and as soon as I got on the homepage, I saw the newest summer beach-inspired turquoise seashell bracelet and charms, which couldn't have come at a more perfect time because my friend is this island girl from Guam whose entire essence is of the beach, so I knew exactly what I wanted to get her (the seashell turquoise bracelet and sea turtle charm). I looked to see if they were available at the mall closest to me, but the sea turtle charm was only available at MacArthur, so even though I wasn't crazy about making that trip out there, I was more than pleased that it was in stock and even the bracelet size, which I wasn't sure about because I didn't know what size she would be, but with the picture of my friend that I showed the lovely associate, Kanesha who helped me out, we were able to make a guesstimate of the size that I walked away feeling really confident about!

The customer service is outstanding, I also really love the layout and decor of the store. I have been to 4 different Pandora stores in different states and they all are WONDERFUL with EXCELLENT customer service.

The Sales Associate was knowledgeable of the product and she helped me to decide on a gift for my husband. She was friendly, efficient and l will definitely return.

upon entering this Pandora all three ladies greeted me immediately I felt very welcome. The sales associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable polite and kind. I was highly satisfied with my experience because not only was Arien helpful she gave me an unforgettable experience. I simply just wanted to try on the jewelry to decide wether I like it, but she let me try on several versions with different charms to give me the total look. I wasn’t even planning on purchasing on this visit, but Arien’s service made it impossible for me not to. I left the store starting at my jewelry for hours extremely satisfied that Arien was my sales associate. Without her I wouldn’t be in love with my piece still to this very moment.
