The MacArthur Mall Pandora store provided EXCELLENT customer service! The merchandise was put aside and waiting upon our arrival to purchase! The entire process was seamless, including the processing of a Military discount and a $10 gift certificate! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Makayla was cheerful and knowledgeable about what I wanted to buy. She asked questions about my wife so I only had to look at things she’d like. My was thrilled with what her Pandora necklace and earrings.

The sales people in Pandora stores are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are able to answer questions and assist however needed. They make the experience a fun one. I love going in to Pandora.
