Charlene came up to me asking how she can she help me today. I have been waiting for a friendly Pandora lady since my lady left Pandora. Today was that day. Charlene was very helpful and she listened to my story and she shared me a story as well. Because tomorrow is Valentine's Day there were a lot of customers but she didn't rush me at all a that made me feel great especially having no Valentine tomorrow.
