I was at Braintree mall and walked into pandora during a great time and the lady asked me what I wanted and she took me straight to the product.

We purchase a zodiac charm outside of the store. The sales woman Kimberly B helped us pick a charm based off of the color I wanted, blue. She showed us the catalog of options. We spent no more than 10 min. We were checked out quick and she even explained some of the deal that were starting the following day.
