The associate GLADYS Was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. She took my exchange and she assisted me with finding the right replacement. The bracelet is very special to me because my nieces gave it to me. I am a store manager and I would scoop her up and employ her in my store if given the opportunity. the space was small had hard to move around in. Had to wait for a long time before even going into the store because there can only be 4 people there at a time
