I would like to highly commend the salesperson, JoAnn, for her very professional manner. I was at the Cambridgeside Galleria Store and left because of the rude salesperson at that store. I went to the SouthSide Plaza were Jo-Ann was very help and very professional. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes with everything I needed and more. She even gave me a new charm to replace the old one that was defective. Something I didn't go into the store for! Thank you Jo-Ann
