The workers were patient with each customer regardless of the black Friday sales. They helped get what we needed and check out was quick.

I was looking for a bangle bracelet that would fit a single charm I had bought to remember a beach vacation. I went into the store and my expectations were exceeded. Joan C immediately greeted me and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn't over aggressive (which I appreciated!!) and we tried two options. The second choice was a winner! I was so happy to have found exactly what I was looking for. Actually, the bangle was better than my expectations. What a great experience! Joan was down to earth and made me feel extremely welcome. Thank you Joan! I left the store smiling.

I came in with my boyfriend for a promise ring. I was extremely nervous and Joan made us feel so welcomed and even more excited for this step in our relationship from the moment we walked in.
