The sales associate Raquel was extremely helpful. Well knowledgeable, friendly, overall amazing customer services. On the other hand, someone named Joann was extremely rude! I was beyond upset by her customer services. As I was picking out jewelry, she went in front of the sales associate to correct her in something very minimal. Then mentioned “anyways they look like there just looking” this phase right here was extremely rude! This is beyond discriminatory. Not only did she assume I did not have money but she said this in front of the sales associate. The sales associate apologize for her action. I appreciate the sales associate Raquel very much. Joann on the other hand should redo her training to understand the concept of Customer Service. She should not be working in this professional environment.

I bought my mom to Pandora for the 1st time and we were excited and after I told Seymour S. That this was her 1st time because she has cancer and she wanted to start a bracelet! We felt like he didn’t care and we also felt he just wanted the sale!!

A few of the charms I wanted to purchase were out of stock. Also, I went in for the buy two get one free deal and the person checking me out didn’t bother to give me my free charm. Had to go back to get it after realizing that it wasn’t mentioned at my visit. The store manager had to help be because at that point there was a line. That when my first two options weren’t available because they were out of stock.

Due to COVID-19, there is a restriction on how many people are allowed in the store. Due to the size, the line was very long, even though it was a weeknight. I suggest selections should be brought out side of the store to browse to decrease the wait time.

Because I was not sure about whether I wanted the item or not. It had nothing to do with my shopping experience with all of the sales clerk as a matter of fact I am well known in the Braintree branch where I purchase all my jewelry.Thank you
