The wait was too long and no one acknowledged you to let you know they'll be with you soon.

The location is very small and easily overcrowded. During Holidays the line extends all the way to the side, difficult to decide to shop.

I believe there is always room for improvement. I knew what I wanted, so I was on a mission.

Like my pises

I gave this to my wife for our anniversary to our dismay one stone was bad . not a problem my wife said she brought it back to the store. the didn't have one in stock and has to mail it to us. I would have preferred it to be no defects and for my wife not to travel 12 miles to make a return. it should of never made it to the showroom.

It was quick and easy. I went in the store verbalize to Yolaine what I wanted and she delivered.

Was very busy and not lot of time to ask all of the questions I had. Yet I was satisfied with the speedy and friendly sales associates.

The store is very small, and during this holiday season is very crowded and almost no room for the associates to take care properly customers. I felt rush, no because of the associate but because of the amount of people in line waiting to be served. I truly believe that your prices are too high, specially gold pieces too overpriced.

Because I dont like the attitudes in that store.
