The manager wasn't very attentive. She didn't want to show the items by herself even though she was not attending to any customers. She asked me to wait for the occupied sales girl to be free up.

long wait the people in front of me went and the people behind me went before me. Not too friendly but one sales person knew me so she spoke to me. But I wont be shopping here again sorry

I was not greeted. There were 3 associates, 2 were working with customers, 1 was counting merchandize on the tray with the scanner. She did not even acknowledge me. I waited for another associate to assist me after she was done with her customer. After I told her what i needed to purchase, the phone rang and she went to pick it up. It was overall a very underwhelming exchange.

I was in line for 50 minutes to get in the store. This was first time ever going into pandora and although I purchased, I am very unlikely to spend that kind of time again. Also, I was not given the student discount in-store.

The service at pandora southland is very helpful.all of the associations are great with product knowledge and showed me exactly what I pictured in my head

First of all I don't live near the store at all and it took 3 hours there and back to get a mother's day gift for my fiancé. They messed up 3 charms then sent me home with a simple word, (there) spelt incorrectly with no exclamation points as well. I called to complain at the store and customer service 800 number and still waiting to hear from someone. Also I told them.what size I needed for a ring and they gave me a half size bigger. This mother's day was awful!

Received awful customer service, I received a beautiful ring for Christmas and I need a larger size so I brought it to the store to get a size up and the rep and manager was very unhelpful they told me to all the things she could not do. She told me the store did not have the ring, I had to almost beg for her to check other stores she wanted me to call around and look online...there was no customer service offered. At this point, I will just return the ring even though I absolutely love it but I was not offered any help in regards to finding a larger size and exchanging.

I purchased a lot of charms on 11/20 and the next day I received an email of the sale. I called Pandora and was told to come in with my receipt and I would receive a credit. i did that at your Dedham store and the sales associate was extremely rude. Screaming at me "WHO TOLD YOU THAT! YOU CANNOT GET A CREDIT!" Then proceeded to yell across the store to another employee to "HAVE HIM READ THAT WE DON'T CREDIT ANYONE"! I returned to my car to get the charms and I returned them. I then went to the Braintree store and was treated exemplary just like I was the day before at your Natick store. I would teach your sales associates how to tell people nicely that the product should be with you when getting the credit. I will never return to the Dedham store even though it is closer and more convenient for me. I have purchased many Pandora products for my daughter and wife all over the country and have never been treated so poorly! The store was not even busy there were no other customers.
