The sales associate rushed us to choose a bracelet and charm without concern that this was my first Pandora bracelet. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to assist us and wiped down everything I touched as soon as I even attempted to look at it. We were not shown all of the charms nor were we told about the warranty, cleanings, etc. she continually looked around as though she was ready to move onto other customers and was not friendly or helpful. This experience was not pleasant and I left feeling confused and disappointed and dissatisfied.
