I came in with my two daughters to get them bracelets. Tiffaney D. No 2230304 was very helpful, she offered lots of affordable options based on what we told her. She gave us so much insight on how to properly take care of our jewelry, and where and how to store it. She even told us we had free cleaning anytime we came into the mall. My family and I are all in agreement that she gave us excellent service, and we will be back to see her specifically when we want to purchase more!

My sales person gabriella greeted me, ask what i was looking for, what occasion and she was super friendly and helpful. Only thing i was upset there wasnt a specific charm i was looking for and she looked through the whole store ans backstock just to tripple check. That was a plus.

I went for Disney 50th anniversary charm but it wasn’t there, but i ended up buying another Disney charm which is the limited version and the sales rep was so good.

The service was very good. The sales lady was awesome and very helpful. The variety of charms and bracelets was amazing . The salesperson had a great attitude and very professional.

I received excellent customer service. Iliana S answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. After having my charm bracelets cleaned, she helped me rearrange my charms and added new ones that I had purchased in the past that I brought with me. She was very friendly. I never felt rushed during my time with her.
