The salesperson knew her merchandise and helped me find just the right charms. I had a Pandora bracelet with only one charm and she showed me just the charms that I wanted. Very impressed with her knowledge and kind attitude.

I visited the store in Richhill as a last resort to clean my daughter's bracelet that had been in a fire in 2020. My bracelet was blackened by fire soot. I had walked into several stores before and was told they couldn't do anything about it. But Ashli WOW she took them and cleaned them with so much love. Each charmed was handled with care. Her fingers turned black, but she continued to clean them until they were restored to their original state of luster. Now when I look at my bracelet, I remember the various milestones of my life, but more importantly, I am reminded of the love Ashli showed during the process. And Wow, the smile on my daughter's face was priceless! I wish I could send you a picture! Thank you, Ashli for your patience and dedication!
