Very satisfied for the collection or jewlery. The very nice employees that helped me with what I needed and gave advice. Along with fast and easy process for the transaction.

My first reason is the service provided by David! He was absolutely amazing!!!! His energy was very welcoming, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products.

From the time of my arrival l, a warm greeting from an associate that was busy with other customer but within a second, I saw more associates at the counter ready to assist. Elise, whom I believe is a store manager was phenomenal. She helped with picking up my charms, how to style and even assisted with my payments.

Stephanie (208064) was absolutely fantastic and such a delight! She really went above and beyond and I am very grateful <3.

The price is reasonable

The store has excellent lighting, tons of inventory, very friendly associates, clean and quiet. Great location in Ridge Hill. And no one was trying to upsell me things I didn’t need of ask for. Been going to this location since it opened and will always return!

THEY HAVE BIG SIZES THAT OTHER STORES DONT HAVE N HAVE MANY OPTIONS OF CHAMS TO PICK FROM IM VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT I LEFT THE STORE WITH

I went in with a problem and came out with resolution. The associate - Alan - not only helped rectify the situation, but he also gave me great suggestions. Then he helped me assemble my charms on my bracelet so they looked amazing!

The sales associates were very patient and had knowledge of all the charms and their prices and they also offered the choice of finding the charm at a different location if they did not have it

Ashli was amazing and I hope to get her every time!! She understood what I needed and she even talked me into spending more money so I could get the free bracelet. I had fun while shopping and I feel that’s the best part, engaging with an employee and they create a fun shopping experience. Thank you again Ashli!
