I made an online purchase. The Bracelets were too small. I was able to exchange them for the right size. Brianna, the sales lady at your Ridgehill store in Yonkers was helpful, patient, professional and friendly!

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

My sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated great taste. She also listened and understood what I was looking for and gave me options during my shopping experience. In fact, everyone was friendly, even the cute girl who did the engraving. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Amber was extremely helpful and patient. She was very kind and knowledgeable on the different styles of merchandise. The store was very nice and we were able to find most of what we were looking for .

I wanted to go in the store to make a birthday purchase for a friend. The sales representative David in the Yonkers location in Ridge-hill mall was awesome. David took the time to explain to me about all the different bracelets and charms that I was interested in. David was kind and friendly. I felt very welcomed in the store.

The store had a good selection, not everything I wanted but still a good selection. The service was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. The store was at a convenient location and was also very clean and efficient.
