Excellent customer service and with a smile. If they give an award for employee if the month she should receive it. I have gone to many locations and thiscwas the best one. Thank you

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and cheerfulness. The sales person David was very helpful I wanted a specific charm and the store did not have it available and he made sure I would be satisfied with something similar. I was appreciative of that. Overall my experience with the sales personnel was pleasant.

Barbara was my associate, from the moment I walked in she greeted with huge warmest smile, which is always welcoming! So was so patient and friendly and extremely helpful.

The manager of the store helped me. She was helpful and friendly and patient. She showed me everything I requested to see and did not push me to buy everything. She gave me suggestions about how to take care of my bracelets which really worked and they are much cleaner now. I would love to go back to the store to get a couple more things for my bracelets.

The rep was very kind and patience. There was an item that was sold out and looked at Other stores to see if they had the item.
