Love this store

Christine the sales rep introduced herself. Asked was it a special occasion and I said yes birthday. She spent time with us and explained the different bracelets and the charms. Lots of suggestions and at the end she put the bracelet together. Extremely professional and knew the product.

the service and attention was good

Gabriella was amazing! She was very easy going and she was not pushy. She helped me with my selection as I was indecisive between which two rings to purchase. She was compliant with both me and my family.

The store was empty, was taken care ASAP had all 4 Items, my card was not working and she call the service center for me, because I was paying the items with my Pandora CC. If not I wasn’t going to return, but she didn’t know that…. these Items were for my daughter’s birthday gift and I needed it for that day because she’s was going away. Excellent young lady she took it upon herself to call the center and my card was working because I was not using it and Pandora closed it

From the moment I walked in the sales associate was welcoming and pleasant. I was skeptical on visiting another pandora store after I had an extremely bad experience in the cross county last week. Thankfully, this location was much different. I was ignored upon arrival in the cross county location and walked out after the sales associate engaged in spanish with someone who walked in after me asking if she needed help.

Every amazing store! Amari was an amazing help and super friendly. The store was very well organized with proper place of things. Will recommend to others!

The associate gave me options I did not think about. And she pulled up the history of my last purchase which help me in knowing what to purchase next.
