My experience at the ridge hill (Yonkers) location was great as always. Friendly and immaculate environment. I’m a frequent shopper so I’ll definitely be looking forward in returning soon.

The sales person was kind and helped me select two rings that I love. She did not pressure me in any way or direct me to more expensive items. I was clear on what I wanted when I arrived to the store. The only reason I am not likely to return to the store is that I do not buy jewelry very often. The expereince was great!

I was able to try on any ring within my ring size. Also, the sales associate was super patient and helped me during my decision.

My sales associate was very patient with me took her time and she was a pleasure to have as a sales associate. Actually when I go back to the store a couple of weeks from now cuz it's my birthday March I would like her and I hope that she said that day when I come back I will call the store to make sure that Stephanie is available that day if not I'll come when she's available.

With the customer service I received, when I wasn’t content with the way mt bracelet turned out. They handled it very well. Although I am unsatisfied with the quality the service was amazing

My experience at the 168 Market Street Location (Yonkers) was satisfactory. The staff at this location was cordial and answered all my questions. I would definitely come back to this location.

Great customer service, immaculate store, friendly staff. The only issue I had was the wait time but everything else was fine.
