I went to the store in Ridge Hill, which is an extremely different experience from the store in Cross County Mall. Sophia in Ridge Hill knew the merchandise, was friendly and welcoming, told me all about other products and how to care for my jewelry. I even purchased another item on line which was not availabe at the store. I did not have to wait. I had a very bad experience in Cross County. Representatives were not friendly, told me nothing about the merchandise or other services, the line was ridiculous, (I waited an hour and a half, more close to two hours). The staff at Cross County needs to be re-trained so customers have a better experience and buy more merchandise. Sophia at Ridge Hill was so awesome I went again literally the next day. She presented the jewlery in such a professional manner, one wanted to buy more than one item, which I did. The girls at Cross County were just like, "look around at what we have". They took nothing out of drawers. Don't all stores have the same merchandise? Sophia needs to be promoted to district manager and go around training staff all over. I will never go back to Cross County, even though it is closer.

The sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. My daughter and I got matching rings! We love the look and quality of the jewelry.
