Cynthia F (201872), the sales associate, was fantastic! Cynthia was knowledgeable in the Pandora product, friendly and extremely courteous. I left Pandora thinking that every person in sales/customer service should be like her. Cynthia is an asset to Pandora.

The staff works as a team. They take the health and safety of the Customers and staff seriously. The staff was very friendly and accommodatin.

Sales associate was super helpful, knowledgeable about merchandise. I was looking for a specific item and she knew exactly what it was, but unfortunately, it was a seasonal item, so they no longer carry it, but I was able to purchase 3 rings and I am so excited to wear them daily.🥰 Definitely recommend that Pandora store.

I was able to receive help with my issue. The sales associate at first wasn’t sure they were going to be able to help but she was fantastic. My bracelet is good as new and even more secure than before.

I love that there wasn't a line and the staff were able to help customers at high pace with what they were looking for. I also like that they had mask available for customers just in case they needed one. They were very helpful and nice.
