It was my birthday and I was looking to add a bracelet. I was tossed up over 2 and the sales girl was helpful in going over styles and comfort. We purchased the bracelet and she cleaned the one with charms I was wearing in.

The bracelet that I returned from the New Jersey outlet in Atlactic City was rung under another bracelet. I gave the associate my email address and the date I purchased the bracelet. And she exchanged the bracelet and made the correction.
