Due to the staff members making sure everybody follow protocol and policy due to Covid once in I was seen right away the sales rep knew exactly what I want was able to retrieve it quickly with able to purchase it and was out of the store less than 10 minutes

The way the sales associates welcomed us in the store. The sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about as far as the merchandise. The store had every piece I was looking for.

I enjoy my overall experience with Tesia , she was very patient answered all my questions. Didn’t mind when my sister kept changing her mind . Very sweet lady. But I do feel the store should have an Plexi glass over the counter to ensure safety as well as gloves for there staff . Overall it was an good experience

I needed to exchange a ring that the stones had fell out of. I was called in right away with no waiting online. And within 5 minutes of explaining my situation the sales associate exchanged my old ring for a brand new one
