I will be returning back as soon as possible to ridge hill mall. I did not wait long to enter Pandora store at all. And the sale associates was so kind and knew exactly what I would like and this is my first pandora bracelet so everything I ask for they had in stock that’s a plus and I believe her name is Teisa she is so knowledgeable great customer service I will be returning very soon thanks to Teisa

The girl that took care of me she was a very nice person she helped me through the whole thing for my mother and sister!!

I was taken care of very well and the employee’s customer assistance was great. I would definitely continue going to this same pandora as it is my favorite store!

I called prior to make sure a specific charm was available and they were able to put it on hold for me. I was also able to order a charm that was not in stock, with ease.

I was satisfied with sales person. She was very polite. I was able to find what I was looking for except one item but maybe next time.

I was greeted the minute I walked into the store. There were actually 2 sales associates available for my questions. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful .

From the very first call to the store and picking up my order. The store manager Tesia was extremely helpful, kind and patient with me, as well as she gave me several suggestions and helped me better understand the creation process of building a bracelet for my daughter!!
