This store was out of stock of the item. Not only did my salesperson but her other associate called numerous stores to find my item and put it on hold for me. I love the store and purchase alot there. It's my favorite store and there are two in yonkers

I was under the impressison the charms I received where from Pandora, but to my surprise they weren't. I need them cleaned. The sales rep schooled me! I was very embrassed to the fulliest. A friend of mind bought me a minnie mouse pandora charm from Disney. My mom bought me a new braclet to make me feel better. It worked!!!
