Tesia was a pleasure to shop with! Very attentive and knowledgeable of products being that it was my first visit to Pandora ever. She up sold me 2 bracelets when I just went in for a birthday charm for my daughter. Ended up with a bracelet for each one of my other 2 daughters. They loved them although they fit slightly big because the size 16’s weren’t in stock. Hoping to come exchange them for smaller sizes on my next day off. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE! THANKS TESIA!

The young lady that took care of me (Tesia) was the same person that took care of me in another purchase I made in December 2019. She is truly a gem, professional, knowledgeable and knows the business of Pandora in and out. I have other Pandora stores closer to me than Ridgehill, but, I prefer to be taken care of by this young lady. On my last visit she cleaned my bracelet so well that I am using it again. She is truly so helpful that makes for easier shopping. I also took a friend to the same pandora for that special care.

It was amazing. The store was clean and lights two associates were ready and waiting to help me with my purchase. It was quick and smooth!

I was greeted immediately as i entered the store. I had 2 associates that were available to help me right away and they answered all of my questions with ease.

Very satisfied. I went to the Cross County Yonkers store with my same issue and was told there was nothing they could do and somewhat dismissed. Will never return to that poorly managed branch again. which is closer to my home.
