Customer service was great

I was highly satisfied because the staff member was knowledgeable on merchandise made me feel comfortable looked @ my bracelet so she knew my style & showed me charms that matched my style & we I asked her about certain charms she was knowledgeable about them plus she was very friendly & polite.. & helped me make some good choices she even call another store & eventually order my piece online because the next store didn’t have what I was looking for.

The staff was knowledgeable. The display was set up nicely for ease of shopping. The store was clean.

Tge customer service is amazing. Tge staff at the Ridgehill location in Yonkers, New York were will qualified. I made an online person and one of my Pandora bracelets was not the size I needed. I was able to exchange it at that location with the up most shopping experience. I will be returning to that store very soon to purchase some eye catching pieces. Thank you Pandora

I WAS PLEASED WITH MY VISIT TO THIS PANDORA, THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE, I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS I WANTED AND THE THINGS THEY DID NOT HAVE IN STORE THEY ORDERED THEM FOR ME ONLINE. I LEFT THE STORE VERY HAPPY!!!
