when i walked into the store the sales associate greeted me professionally. She measured my wrist and let me know what size bracelet that i needed. She also showwed me how i am supposed to be able to fit two fingers through the bracelet without any charms. She showed me charms and let me try on bracelets. showed me the sale that is going on for Valentines day, but i chose another item. Overall satisfied that i finally got a pandora bracelet.

Pastora employers are very respectful

She was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. The store was empty and they asked us if we needed help. They were pleasant.

I was highly satisfied because the workers were very friendly. They help me and assisted me to find the right merchandise. Tessa the assistant I worked with was very knowledgeable on the things that were in the store the rings I picked out and she took into consideration to polish th rings.

The store Manager Tesia was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. I will definitely return to that Pandora location. Tesia resolved my issue in a timely matter.

My son bought his girlfriend a teardrop ring for Christmas. He's in college out of state and wanted me to return and exchange. The first store in Cross County - Bronx, NY did not have the size - she called another store in Ridge Hill - Yonkers and they had it and we were able to exchange this ring.

The sales rep was friendly and very courteous and greeted and attended all the customers as expeditiously as she could. She could have used some assistance. In anycase, Tesia M. was a delight and exhibited great customer service.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Pandora because it was something new to me in the sense of the merchandise of Pandora. I liked the way Tesla explained the experience of adding new items to my bracelet and explained how owning a card can be helpful and rewarding. The salesperson Zuzana was very helpful with us while looking thru the selection. The Store was clean and very welcoming. I will be returning to this store in the near future if the service is the same.
