Had to exchange the items twice. The charm did not fit the bracelet. It would be nice to know which charm fit your selection and a better size chart.

My main reason for coming in was to clean my bracelet and have some charms put on…she assisted with putting on the charms but the cleaning machine wasn’t working…so I couldn’t clean my bracelet

I think it went well!

The first sales associate who took care of me did not seem very knowledgeable about the charms and she kept putting the trays away although I told her I wasn’t sure and I wanted to be able to compare. I felt offended and I was about to say something or leave when one of the more experienced sales associates came over and began to give suggestions and look for other charms and I felt liked a valued customer instead of a potential delinquent. At the end it was the experience I have come to expect from pandora.

The staff at the Ridge Hill very nice and helpful I went in just to get ideas for Christmas gives and earrings I walked out with a necklace as well

There were not many charms out on display and I was asked what I was looking for. I wanted to look at a selection of charms, which was not offered.

I was being charge from the book price of $125 in on the item is stated $115 so I question the book price from the item price and they took off the $10
