I felt like I was bothering the associate with my questions. Also, when I asked if I could see other products, she did not respond in a negative way neither in a friendly way.

I always feel there is room for improvement. No one or no establishment is at 100% all the time. This one is better than Cross County Mall Pandora. So 99% with room to improve.

Staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the product. But I sensed a lack of energy and/or enthusiasm present. Could've been due to the day closing and they were just tired.

There not enough charms that i would like in this store.

The reason I was highly satisfied is they was able to see the Vision I had and help me created a charm bracelet to celebrate my mommy birthday

The selection of merchandise was minimal. Online options are better and more of it should be available in stores as well

It was neither here nor there. Pandora is well set up so there is an excellent feeling overall. Always outstanding service, knowledge and availability.
