I was highly satisfied with my experience. Prior to going to the store I called to ensure that the items I wanted was there and yes it was except one. Sales person was very helpful

Item I wanted was not in stock in store or online. They could not say when the item was coming in. Price for certain charms I felt was to high.

I order online on Friday, but did not get a confirmation to pick up my order until Saturday morning. A part of my order was canceled and I could not reach the store. I didn’t have the option of curb side so I had to wait online in the extreme cold for 20-30 minutes.

Did not have a couple of charm I was looking for.

I was satisfied with my visit to the Pandora store. I love it there. And I'm always gonna go there.

I was satisfied because the associate was available, answered my questions and got what I needed. They did not tell me about a sale that started tomorrow which I had been hearing about. They kept the store clean and sanitizer is available, they did not point it out. My experience was still a good one.

I was looking for the Pandora Shine collection and wanted to purchase a bracelets and charms. However the selection was beefy limited with no charms being available.
