The store rep stated that they were out the gift item that was suppose to come with the purchasing of a new bracelet. Highly Disappointed!!!

I appreciate the protocol put in place to keep everyone safe. However, the wait time was longer than I expected for the amount of people present. If there had been more people I can easily see the wait times drastically extending.

I was not highly satisfied because the charm I wanted wasn’t in store. But they ordered for me online very easily. Also I don’t like that you can’t use your birthday coupon codes in store. What is the reason for that?

There was no problem with my experience and it was wonderful because it was so clean and they made sure everyone was social distancing and even had a line outside

My first time at this store, and my first time experiencing Pandora period. It was much of what I expected after conversation with my co-worker. I went with specific item in mind so I didn't do much browsing, but will certainly look forward to the next visit before Valentine's Day.
